About us
having been friends for many years, Halil (originally from Konya in Turkey) & Hamid (Bolton born and bred) came together having realised Bolton has a lack of good quality fully Halal restaurants within a pleasant family-friendly environment. With Halil’s 20+ years of restaurant experience and Hamid’s passion for food, Mevlana was born, with a view to delivering high quality Halal Taurkish food as you would find it in Turkey. With an emphasis on using only premium quality meat and the freshest of ingredients and preparing everything from scratch in-house, the idea was to deliver the best possible Turkish food. From smoky chargrilled meats to signature Turkish Doner to Baklava, this will be a dining experience to savour.
